As I sit here, eating my toast with butter, drinking my strawberry-kiwi mixed with 7up juice, and listening to "Le Tigre", the one and only song I have by them, I realised; I never really go to the {www.deadjournal.com} site to update anymore, I use the auto updater.... kind of limiting myself to it, so I decided I would actually come to the website this time.
I've noticed I am doing alot more then working the summer away this year, and I like it. I can't say I'm disappointed I didn't get a second job offer, though it would have been nice to get it. I plan on applying at "Home Depot" before it opens, if I ever figure out how... And apparently, Meghan, Kyle, and someone, who's name is not with me right now, are applying there... It would be nice to work with some friends, even though it will probably only be Meghan, because we all know Kyle's working history ;)
For some odd reason, I feel the want to go to the beach more often, when Jared and I were there, it was fun, we played catch with a water balloon for well over an hour in the water. Then walked up the beach skipping rocks, and killing beached jelly-fish. Which is another great thing [hanging out with Jared, not the jelly-fish thing]. Last summer/start of the school year, I didn't really hang out with him, and considering I have been friends with him for so long, it's odd. But the few days (up until, perhaps, yesterday) we hung out, and had a lot of fun. I like hanging out with him because we usually don't stay bored for to long, and find stuff to do {Like the weed wacker}
I never realised how many people I have met this year, that could turn into actual really good friends... and people I knew before, but never really hung out with. I met for the first time this year Kara, Margaret, Abbie, Ally, Meghan, Kyle, Luke, Maureen, Seal, Andrew, Todd, Todd MacKenzie, Dani, Candace, Bill, Anthony, Jessica, Laine, Kristen, James, and Mike... and then there are those people who I knew before this year, but never really hung out with like Nenad, Troy, Kyle G., Ryan, Brandon, Mitch... and I'm sure there are others... The point is, these are people I won't forget soon, and hope to stay friends with... and then there are others that I have stayed friends with for awhile, but I'm not going to get into that...
If you're still reading this now, you either are stalking me, actually have an interest in me, or are extremely bored... and to all of you, thank you.
I've found a new love, that I have discovered this year, and it is the art of film editing... I'm getting very into it, and can't wait to get the money to buy a new computer, a Digital Camcorder, and some wicked editing equipment... that would make me the happiest man alive. I have so much fun editing the videos, and could spend hours on end on a 5 minute clip. And even if it comes out bad, I'm still proud of it, because I know that I made it, all by myself.
Cymbria weekend is coming up, and I need to buy my ticket soon, otherwise I'll end up spending the extra $15 for the ticket, which I do not want to do. It pissed me off so much when I found out that Seraphim Slaughter isn't playing... I know, I sound like an idiot, but I am in love with that band... they are so good. It makes me want to shit my pants. I also plan on making a Cymbria weekend 2004 video, which should be wicked... if it turns out the way I want it to:).
Well, I'm out of toast, but still have lots of juice, so this entry isn't over yet.
I haven't done much the last 2 days, yesterday, I don't remember doing anyt... wait, I did stuff all day that I didn't plan on doing, and then later that night I went for a drive with Abbie, Ryan, and Troy... got home around 12:30/12:45... Then today, I did absolutly nothing all day, and then went to the movies with Troy, Meghan, and Kyle, turns out Joey, and Todd were there and came to the movie with us, and that was wicked. Todd's a really cool guy, who I'de like to hang out with more often. Got home around 12:15ish... not late, but meh.
I've just realised that this update is taking me near a half hour, because it is now 1:19am... yikes. If you are still reading this, I commend you, I know I would have quit along time ago.
