Forever Fornever Tantei Chapter 26 Review Responses [02 Nov 2008|01:35am] [ mood | accomplished ] [ music | "45" by Shinedown ] Forever Fornever Tantei chapter 27 is up. Chapter 26 review reponses: Botan and Kurama lover - I do live, haha. Well, there's a couple of things about that. For one thing, Maya has been leading the rebellion since she went underground so of course she's going to have a large role while Botan kinda just shoved herself on everyone while she was upset at Kurama. Not to mention there isn't much she can be doing at this point. She isn't especially poweful, and with the group mostly relegated to sitting back at this point, she's kinda stuck *shrug* No one thinks she's worthless though, no worries. Sesshomaru Dogdemon - Haha, thanks! There will be more KB moments, no worries =D Smexy Kitten - Yay, I'm glad you think so! I was struggling with this chapter a bit because it was more of a set-up chapter for the main event to come, so I'm glad you liked how it turned out. I haven't abandoned it, I swear! Chapter 6 of Twilight of Trust is up. Chapter 5 review responses: Boshoku - I'm glad that part worked. I was worried as I was writing it that it would make the chapter slow. Yeah, I knew someone had to disagree and the idea of Ino being the one do to it just wouldn't leave me alone. And school definitely is a pain >.< Mimicking Karma - Ooh, I lurves me some long reviews. That totally made my day. I totally know what you mean about how hard it is to find a story worth reading in all aspects. Pardon me while I channel Shikamaru here but, "How troublesome." Never fear, the snake Sannin will be making an appearance later on so yay for that :p I do admit, Sakura slapping Sasuke has been one of my favorite scenes to write thus far, just because the reaction felt so real as I wrote it. As much as I love Sasuke, he deserved it and because of that, I love how that scene came out ^_^ Yeah, the idea of Ino being against Sasuke getting a second chance hit me as I was writing it and it wouldn't leave me alone until I put it on paper. And I like it, lol. And I'm so glad the story is original. That really means a lot to me. Update on Life [04 Apr 2008|11:15pm] [ mood | sore ] [ music | "Sakura Drops" by Utada Hikaru ] For those of you who are waiting for me to update my stories, I'm so sorry I'm taking forever. But hopefully this little update will give you an idea why I haven't been writing much lately. School-wise, everything is really busy. I've got papers and projects due left and right till the end of the semester. I have a Brit Lit paper on Howards End due Tuesday, a 7-10 page paper for Shakespeare due in like 3 weeks, a big Media Writing project I have yet to start due during finals week, a film review due in a couple of weeks, a project for Media Ethics that was due today... yeah. Also, I've been trying to schedule my classes for next semester. I go to a tiny school so not everything is offered when you need it >< After a lot of maneuvering, I'm taking 16 credits next fall as well - 3 English classes, 2 Mass Comm, and a Health class. And my adviser is in charge of the Writing Center and asked if I'd be interested in working there next year, which I said yes. And today I was asked if I was interested in going for section editor on the campus newspaper next year as well, which I also said yes to o.o;; I've never done anything for the newspaper, but we have Media Writing together and writing is my specialty, so yeah. On top of that, I've got softball. Softball is a spring sport so we're in season right now. When we don't have games, we practice 4 days a week for 2-3 hours. And we're heading into the final stretch of the season with an insane number of games left and they keep getting canceled because of rain so we have to reschedule them. And we haven't been doing well lately so our coach decided to kick our asses at practice the last couple of times. I'm scratched up, bruised, and sore as hell from the 3 hour practice from hell on Wednesday. Conference Tournament is from April 23-26 and if we do well there, we get to keep playing. Otherwise we're done and the week after that is finals. So I've been pretty lucky to get a few minutes to myself here and there. I am currently working on a second chapter to "Misery" because I'm still getting reviews for it and I was randomly inspired to start writing something, so we'll see if that goes anywhere. I'm also trying to get into more anime so have turned my Xanga into something of an anime blog where I blog about what I'm watching. Go check it out and leave me a comment =] Speaking of anime, Code Geass R2 starts Sunday and I couldn't be more excited. Wooooo, Suzaku ^_^ *cough* Oh yeah, and I'm also a moderator on the Toon Zone forums so I have to check in there pretty often. But yeah, so I'm still alive and WILL update my stories. It's just a matter of getting time to sit down and work on them. Considering how long it's been, it's going to take me awhile to get back to them. But I will. 1 comment|post comment

OMG, I am so sorry for not updating [11 Apr 2007|11:45pm] [ mood | frustrated ] [ music | "Mama" by the Spice Girls ] I am so so so sorry for not updating in 4-5 months, but you would not believe how busy I've been this semester. I've been playing college softball, taking honors classes, and kinda been depressed. On top of all the school work I'm dealing with some social shit, so I'm basically very stressed out and lacking time to do much that I want to. Really, it's driving me nuts not having time or energy to write. But also I think it might be a good thing. It gives me a chance to renew my love of fan fiction. I'm heading into the most stressful time of the entire semester right now, so don't expect anything from me until summer break, which starts in May. Once I get back home and get settled back in I plan to update with a vengeance. So please stick with me. I'll be back soon, I promise. I've just got to do the college thing first. post comment
